I have always been a very motivated person who has often neglected their wellbeing to be ‘busy’ and ‘successful’.
Between studying a Bachelor of Laws/Journalism and running another business, I often found myself constantly stressed, run-down, and feeling guilty for taking any ‘me time’.
Having burnt the candle at both ends for too long, I took a break and narrowed down what was really important in life and how I could get there…

I realised the importance of taking responsibility for the life I want to live, treating myself with kindness, redefining expectations and boundaries, and working towards making balanced lifestyle choices.
While this is something I am still working on personally, I realised how I’ve always cherished the opportunity to support others to be the best version of themselves.
I may not be a qualified psychologist or life coach, but I sure am passionate about putting smiles on people’s faces and helping others feel less alone in their struggles.
